Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and the right of withdrawal work for paid subscriptions to La Grada Play. It applies to Premium and Pro plans purchased from La Grada Play S.L.
1. Overview
La Grada Play offers a free tier and optional paid plans (Premium and Pro). This policy sets out when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in Spain and the EU.
Because the platform uses virtual currency only, there are no deposits or balances to withdraw.
2. Free trial
Premium and Pro start with a 7-day free trial that requires no payment details. During the trial you are not charged, so no refund is necessary if you decide not to continue.
Simply let the trial lapse and you will not be billed.
3. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. When you start a digital subscription, you may be asked to consent to immediate access, which can affect this right as described below.
We always make these terms clear at the point of purchase.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for each period. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards.
Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period unless required by law.
5. When you are entitled to a refund
You may request a refund if you were charged in error, if a technical fault prevented you from using paid features for a significant period, or where mandatory consumer law requires one.
We assess each request fairly and promptly.
6. When refunds may not apply
Refunds may not apply where you have already used the paid features for the period in question, or where you expressly waived your withdrawal right to gain immediate access to digital content.
We will always explain the reason for any decision.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, e-mail [email protected] from the address linked to your account, including your name and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional detail to process it.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 48 hours on business days.
8. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your provider, it can take several business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
We process approved refunds without undue delay.
9. Partial refunds
In some cases we may offer a partial refund, for example where only part of a billing period was affected by an issue. Any partial amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
We will explain how any partial figure was reached.
10. Price changes
If we change subscription prices, the new price applies from your next billing period. We will notify you in advance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Existing periods already paid are not affected by a price change.
11. Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could lead to account suspension while we investigate.
We are committed to fair and quick outcomes.
12. Virtual currency
All in-game currency is virtual, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Therefore, virtual currency itself is never subject to a monetary refund.
This keeps the platform firmly outside any form of gambling.
